The Tenant Screening Process All applicants must be over the age of 18. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be paid to process the application. Each occupant over the age of 18 must complete an application.
Rental Application Qualifications
A complete application will include the following additional documents:
· Proof of Income (at least two paystubs)
· Self-employed proof of income (two years of tax returns, first page only)
· Provided two pieces of ID, One being photo ID
· Must have a social security number
Why am I charged a $50 application fee? What is considered an emergency? What is NOT considered an emergency? What if one of my utilities has been turned off? What if I need an ambulance, the police, or the fire department?
As a tenant, you must take reasonable care of the rented property and common areas. This means that the tenant must keep all areas of the property in good condition. A tenant must also repair all damages that he or she causes, or that is caused by the Tenant(s), Tenant’s family, Guest(s), employee(s), or pet(s). In the event that the tenant is faced with a repair that he or she did not cause or has no control over, tenant must report maintenance issues with the property.
