Climate controlled self-storage units are available at our indoor storage facility in downtown Hood River with convenient access from 4^th Street. All units are located inside a commercial building and are kept at a comfortable temperature range. Professional management services include security and video monitoring, online account management, and online bill pay.

We have the following spaces currently available:

• One 13x15 storage unit is approximately 195 sq. ft. of space and is perfect for the contents of a two-bedroom home with additional appliances or other miscellaneous items. It is roughly the same size as a one-car garage. The monthly rent is $180.

• Six 8x15 storage units each have approximately 120 sq. ft. of space and are perfect for a one-bedroom apartment (not including large appliances) or two smaller bedrooms worth of items. A space this size is often popular for business storage of office supplies, seasonal decorations, and promotional/event booth materials. Monthly rent is $140.

• One 6x15 unit is approximately 90 sq. ft. and is perfect for a one-bedroom apartment (not including large appliances) or two smaller bedrooms worth of items. Monthly rent is $125.

• Seven 8x8 unit is approximately 64 sq. ft. of space. It can be considered a mini storage unit. Mini storage is best for small or medium sized bedrooms, such as a studio apartment or dorm room. Monthly rent is $100.

• One 6x8 unit is approximately 48 sq. ft. of space. It can be considered a mini storage unit. Mini storage is best for small or medium sized bedrooms, such as a studio apartment or dorm room. Monthly rent is $80.
